In today's economy it pays to really listen generously to our customers and prospects. If we really want to meet their needs, provide great service and create raving fans, we've got to communicate with them about things they care about viserally.
I've been dialoguing with past and current customers and prospects in the automotive service industry to discover their true hungers, pains and dreams. Being truly open to listen with the intent to "get it" is creating opportunties. I'm listening without a hidden agenda other than the desire to help them in every way that I can. I care. Some will believe and trust me.
