Here's a practice I adopted that is making 2010 a great year. I gave up negativity. That's right. I decided to be positive in my thoughts, words and deeds. I am fasting from negative news. As I work to make this a heroic habit, I've improved my awareness, caught and corrected myself and displaced the negative with positive. Every cloud has a silver lining. Problems are opportunities. Mistakes teach us something about ourselves. When the going gets tough, the tough get going!
